PNI ORG UK and Post Natal Illness

This site is here to help you find the information you need.
PNI ORG UK is now a registered Charity No: 1113840

Other information which has been writen by women themselves who suffer PNI can be found

The sites listed on the links page and the PNI page gives information
anyone might need to know about PNI.
This site is about how to find the information you need rather than providing
it for you. Please check out my links and e-mail me if youhave any you would
like me to include or if any of the links are broken.

I did not start this site as an expert but a woman who had the illness
with my daughter who is now 18 years old.
Ever since I became well enoughI have counseled/supported women
going through the same thing as a telephone and e-mail counselor
for The Association for Post-natal Illness and on my forum
The association for many years did not have a web site or an e-mail
address when I started this site so in a way I wrote this site for them.
.

However for the last few years the association has had a web presence
If you want to go to their site, please click the link on the top frame.

PNI Stories

If you want to support us in this please send your story for me to publish.
It can be helpful to other women and therapeutic for you.

You do not have to write as much as we did - or have anything traumatic to tell. I just
want to set up an arena for women to share all aspects of Post Natal Illness and
parenting, the joys as well as the downs.

If you would like to include your story also please e-mail us . I found when I was ill, such
stories helpful to read and helpful to write too!

Our Blog

We started a PNI blog but as yet it has not been well used - I do not think everyone realises how to access it or how to add to it?
Any member of the forum is welcome to apply to be a member of the blog and therefore be able to add to it.
If you want to see our blog - click here
There is not much on it as yet but hopefully it will grow
If you want to be able to contribute to the blog - email veritee at veritee@pni.org.uk and title your email 'blog'
